Once contracted, CityScape
will consult with the appropriate government agencies to
develop a fair and even coverage plan for public safety,
cellular telephone, personal communications services (PCS) and
other anticipated tenants.
CityScape will coordinate
with all interested PCS/Cell Phone/Paging providers to
develop common sites. And can supply a plan for your
community that will satisfy the needs of the providers while
limiting the number of transmission facilities better known
as towers ecessary.
At the same time, CityScape
will endeavor to maximize potential revenue for the
local government by locating sites on government property
wherever feasible and managing the system for maximum
profitability.
CityScape's legal staff,
thoroughly experienced in communications law, will assist
government attorneys in the development and approval of
ordinances to comply with federal regulations.
In addition, CityScape can assist in the development of property rights of way and
easements under the local governments authority for
utilization as communication facilities, including
representation of the city to the FCC regarding technical
support, and assist in the development of contractual
agreements with Cellular and PCS providers and other
potential tenants. CityScape will assist in the negotiation
of rights fees and assist in the drafting of favorable
leases to provide additional revenue streams.
